MATTHEW FIRTH
Managing Director / Education : BS Finance, BS Business Management - University of Arizona
Matthew has 25 years of experience as a real estate investor and C-Level manager. Matthew is responsible for deal sourcing, governmental affairs and operations for Quail Canyon Venture Partners.
Matthew has developed, syndicated and sold a series of commercial real estate investments, including 24 value-add properties in Long Beach, San Diego, Laguna Beach, Newport Beach, and Tucson Az, since 2011. Prior to co-founding Quail Canyon Venture Partners, he held a number of founder and C-Level roles with various companies, including MaRKeT Restaurant Group (Harvest, Hacienda del Sol, and Zona 78) in Tucson, Az, where he was the Director of Operations and Partner in a company that generated over $15 million in annual sales, JMS real estate development (CFO, Designated Broker and Partner of a boutique value-add investment firm in Long Beach) and Firth Howard (Managing Director of a real estate investment firm).
Matthew grew up in Tucson, Az, and is a graduate of the Eller School of Management at the University of Arizona, where he double majored in Finance and Business Management. Matthew enjoys time with his wife Rachel, son Ford, and daughter Millie and volunteering on the NAIOP YPG board where, in 2018 and 2019, he has chaired the Capstone Project.

JOSH OSBORN
Director, Financial Analysis and Planning
Josh Osborn is the Director of Financial Analysis and Planning for Quail Canyon Venture Partners. He has over three years of experience in financial modeling, investment underwriting, acquisitions and asset management. Josh supports the company’s acquisition efforts.
Prior to joining Quail Canyon Venture Partners, Josh was an analyst at PMI Properties where he provided analyst level support across a portfolio in excess of 1,500 multifamily units and 500,000 square feet of mixed-use commercial real estate. He is highly experienced at modeling using ARGUS and Excel. Josh was also responsible for developing property Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Long-Range Plans (LRP) as part of his asset management duties.
Josh is a graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), with honors, holding a bachelors in sociology with a concentration of studies in real estate finance and accounting. He is a member of the Bruin Real Estate Association, and of NAIOP.

NIKKI FORKER
Director, Asset Operations / Education : BS Business - University of Oregon
Nikki is the Director of Asset Operations for Quail Canyon Venture Partners. Nikki oversees the property management team, construction management, project schedule and coordination, and overall owns the asset level operation business plan execution.
She is a graduate of the University of Oregon, with honors, earning a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and a minor in Economics.
Nikki has a passion for delivering exceptional service and maximizing the value of real estate assets. She currently manages nearly 180 multifamily units over 9 assets in Long Beach, Laguna Beach, Newport Beach, and San Diego.
Nikki grew up in Santa Barbara, CA, and enjoys hiking, playing flag football, and spending time at the beach.

SPENCER WARDWELL
Analyst / Education : Real Estate and Business Administration - University of Southern California
Spencer is an Acquisitions and Asset Management Analyst for Quail Canyon Venture Partners, currently studying Business Administration and Real Estate at the University of Southern California. He has 4 years of experience in Multifamily Real Estate Investments.
Spencer provides analyst support on QCVP’s acquisitions and asset management wings, helping grow our rapidly increasing scale of operations. He has underwritten over $100 Million of targeted acquisitions, and assisted in managing portions of QCVP’s Multifamily investment portfolio across Southern California.
Previously, Spencer spent time working in Private Banking and Agency Mortgage Banking. When he is not working or in class, Spencer enjoys giving back to his community through blood drives, supporting local at-risk youth, and taking care of his mind, body, and spirit.
